So, Bristol Palin and The Situation have teamed up in a really, really bad PSA about abstinence. Whatever their intention, the absurdity and hypocrisy of this duo spewing advice on sexual health just might be enough to get a lively discussion going again about the ineffectiveness of abstinence-only education. These programs, popular in the US and in the developing world, tie the hands of educators in teaching proper condom use - the best real-world solution that exists for fighting HIV/AIDS and overpopulation.
