The Love-Glove, Willie-Warmers, Raincoats, French letters...condoms are just part of daily sex.  And they are particularly handy in preventing AIDS.  AIDS has ravaged countries throughout Africa and India shows one of the largest increases in yearly infections across the globe.  AIDS may be doing its part to curb population growth, but it's not exactly the method anyone would desire.  Finding a cure for AIDS may still be a long way off, but the best prevention method remains condom use.

Except of course the Catholic church's policy is fuzzy at best about condom use to prevent disease and the rest of the Christian right, including the late Bush government refuses to fund projects that aim to distribute and educate about condom use.  Preventing funding for condom use while still supplying guns and other weapons throughout Africa.  That makes sense, well done Dubya.

So, if we can't promote condom use because we're scared of hell, or worse, because we're a Republican.  Then the next best thing may be to just cut off some penises.
