Back in the 19th century, Nikola Tesla believed the general public wouldn't want electricity that came with all those cumbersome wires. So he championed the idea of wireless electricity, and dreamt of a future world interconnected with resonant towers which would power all of human civilization.

Instead, we got stuck with all those cords. For over a century, its all we've known...until now. Power is finally going wireless! But how does it work? And will our computer desks ever be free of that mess of cables?
